Passed away peacefully at the Carveth care Centre on Wednesday April 5, 2023 at the age of 97. Helen (nee Cowan), beloved wife of the late Wilmer McLean. Much loved mother of Allen (Kathy), Sandra McCalpin, Trudy McLean and Melville McLean. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer Standen (Jeff), Laurie McLean, Kimberly Joseph (Ed), Annetta Simpson (Kirk), Shannon McLean (Devin) and Alana McLean (Reto). Great grandmother of Emily and Sara Standen, Gavin McLean and Isaiah and Emmett Joseph. Predeceased by 4 sisters Marion Smith, Edna Wright, Jean Hamilton and Hilda Horan and by 3 brothers Albert, Allan and William Cowan. A Private family  graveside service will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Grace United Church would be appreciated by the family.
