Sincere condolences to the Brennan family on the sad losses of a beloved husband and father (Dennis), as well as a daughter and mother (Julie) . Looking back many years (early 60s) to a very small and very new Catholic high school in Smiths Falls, I recall an energetic young teacher who daily inspired students in science classes. Julie was one of the sweetest people I have ever known. She was so genuine and fun loving. My entire family adored her. My thoughts are with you, and her, so very much.

So sorry to hear about Julie. We spent time together on Tremont as kids. She was always so friendly and welcoming. I remember watching movies at their cottage the most. My condolences to her entire family.

Dear Trish....so very, very sorry to read this news. Losing a child has been so devastating for a number of my friends. The hardest thing to bear. Keep your memories close and your loved ones and good friends closer.
I’m so sad to hear this news. Julie and I were the very best friends as children. Spending every day of the summer together on the island swimming and fishing and water skiing. Sleepovers every night and celebrating our birthdays (4 days apart) together. Those were the golden days on Tremont. We were as close as two friends could be. Sending all my love to Trish and Jamie and family.
