Fighting until the end Cecil passed away in Toronto on Thursday September 29, 2022 at the age of 90. Forever remembered by his beloved wife Betty (nee Slack). Much loved father of Kim Selleck (Doug) Terry Simpson, and Chris Simpson (Paula McLelland). Cherished grandfather of Kate Selleck (Dirk Avé), Charlie Selleck and Jake and William Simpson. Dear great grandfather of Keating and Linden Avé. Predeceased by his parents George and Emma Simpson and by his brothers Donald (Eleanor) Simpson and Stirling (Mabel) Simpson. A Private family funeral service will be held in our chapel with burial to follow at the Gananoque cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Gananoque Humane Society or to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
