Webster-McLaughlan: Jean
After a courageous battle with cancer, Jean (McNeil) at the age of 91 went to be with her Lord on Thursday July 19, 2007. Beloved wife of the late Mike McLaughlan and Bruce Webster. Loving mother of Bern McLaughlan (Marion), and Terry McLaughlan. Cherished grandmother of Jan McLaughlan, Jennifer Barr, Michael and Ryan McLaughlan. Fondly remembered by 6 great grandchildren Emma, Jonathon, Joshua and Joseph Lees, and Brianna and Cristin Barr. Predeceased by 1 brother Earl McNeil, and by her parents Delbert and Viola (Cross) McNeil. Stepmother of Ella Fisher, Wallace, and Ross. The family will receive friends at t he Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be held from our chapel on Monday July 23rd at 2:00 pm. Interment Cross Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
