George was our neighbour when I was growing up. Our house was built on two-acres of his farm. He and Eileen were always very kind to the local kids. We rode on his sled in the woods gathering sap for maple syrup and in the summer 'helped' with the hay. Going through the cow barn was always fun and I remember it well.

Best time ever was a trip we had to see cattle and mom made sandwiches and dad decided to treat us kids to beef on a bun it made our whole day thanks Dad love Pat
