It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dan Graham at the age of 62, at the Brockville Palliative Care unit on February 17^th.  Much loved father of Weston (Kelli), Landon (Kay) and Noah Graham.  Loving son of Rose Graham and dear brother of John Graham (Julie).  He will be forever remembered by the mother of his children, Sheena Graham, as well as his nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by his father Bill, brother Glenn and sister Sue. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks and gratitude to all who have helped and visited during this difficult time.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care would be appreciated.
