I was shocked and heartbroken when I heard the news of Eric's passing. I will always be thankful for his kindness not only as a supervisor, but also as a neighbour and friend.

Eric was a bright light in many lives. He always greeted you with his kind gentle smile,
He always asked about your family and you. Never complaining or making anything about him.
Thank you Eric for being an amazing Neighbor and friend for so many years. We already miss
you always stopping in the Driveway for a chat. You took Christopher under your wing for his first job at Metro.

Nora, John and family, Lisa and I were so sorry to hear about Eric. I have many fond memories as a kid at the Heddon house. I remember Eric’s laugh and how generous he was to people, including a kid from Hickory Street who always seemed to be around.
