Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday September 16, 2021 at the age of 59. Terry leaves behind his loving wife Sharon (nee MacDonald) of 21 years. He will be forever loved and remembered by his mother Carol Lewis. Predeceased by his father Robert Lewis. Dear step son of Joyce Lewis. Much loved step father of Jason Cooper (Stacey) and Tanya Cooper (Bill). Cherished grandfather of Tyler, Jenna, Bryce and Layne. Terry will be missed by his dear friend Rosalyn Bartley. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Gananoque Curling Club on Friday September 24 from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. “You must provide proof of double vaccination or entrance will be denied”. All Covid-19 protocols will be in place. The family wishes to thank the wonderful medical team at both the Kingston General Hospital and the Brockville General Hospital for their excellent care and compassion. In Lieu of flowers donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
