It is with great sadness that I found out about your death almost two years after the fact. You were my boss at Stelco (Accounting dept in Montreal--do not know if you remembered me after I left but I sure remembered you) for almost eight years (1967-1975) and you always treated me fairly. Years have passed and the fond memories of my days working for you at Stelco are still present 39 years later. May your soul rest in peace Bruce. One day, I am sure we'll meet again. Bruce was a great neighbor and friend over our years across the back yard on Elizabeth Drive. When his wife died he was so sad and lonely. Later I remember his saying how he had been impressed by this lady at the Town Hall with the beautiful smile. They married the rest of Bruce's life was a happy one indeed. A good man and a faithful and valued member of Grace United Church over those years. To those in his family who remain - stand proud!
