Obituary of Betty Ewart

Ewart: Laura Elizabeth (Betty) Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Saturday January 12, 2008 in her 91st year. Betty Roe, beloved wife of the late John C. Ewart. Loving mother of John Ewart (Ellen); Pembroke, and Douglas (Lynn); Lansdowne. Cherished grandmother of Dana, Scott, Kayley, Laura, Eric and Ryan. Great grandmother of Logan and Olivia. Predeceased by 1 sister Marion. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A family graveside will be held in the Beechwood Cemetery, Ottawa in the spring. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Grace United Church or to the Alzheimer's society would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to the caring staff at St. Lawrence Place Kingston and the Carveth Care Centre Gananoque for their excellent and compassionate care over the past 3 years.
