I was saddened to learn of the loss of my buddy Gord.

I just learned of Gord's passing today Marilyn. Very sorry to hear this news. Gord and I were paired together early on when we were being taught how to take blood pressure readings - long before today's automated equipment of course. I recall us both being mystified at not being able to hear anything when we were listening with our stethoscopes in each other's antecubital fossae, not having grasped that the sounds only occurred with the cuff inflated/deflating. Just a pair of rookies!
