I was sorry to hear of Ron's passing. I hope you were able to spend time together during the covid crisis. I will never forget spending time with your family, especially the time I got car sick on my very first trip to Kingston. I had hoped to have Mom in Carveth by now (covid again) and we could have had a visit.

Vacations in Gananoque were never complete until we visited with “Hutchie” and Connie. When we moved closer we could visit on weekends but you had to be prepared to watch the Leafs on Sat night. That was my first introduction to hockey and I became a Leafs fan because of it. After moving to Nova Scotia anytime Sandy and I were in Gan on vacation we always stopped in for a coffee to complete our trip. We really missed those visits the last few years. Our sincere condolences to Rick, Teri, Christine and family for your loss.

I have many fond memories of Ron & spending time with the Hutcheon family growing up. I remember trips to Kmart or Woolco on Saturdays, sitting in the yard at dusk waiting for the bats to come out so we could watch & scream when they swooped. He would quietly chuckle at our silliness. We remained neighbors until he sold the house & moved into Carveth. He & Connie were the best. Catharine Wright
