Dear Yvonne, Mary and Family; Our deepest and heartfelt condolences in the loss of your dear mom. As your old grade eight teacher, Yvonne, I have such fond memories of parent interviews with your mom and always cherished the visits your dad and I had over so many years. You sure were blessed with your wonderful parents and once again am most saddened by the loss of your brother Jim, who often led the pack at the canoe club. We had great years and wonderful memories. With our daughter living in New Brunswick, we had many opportunities to stop and visit with Bill and Eleanor, and then with Eleanor. Each time we left with a smile on our faces and warmth in our hearts. We are so blessed to have been included in Eleanor's life and will miss her and her most beautiful smile.

Dear Mary, Yvonne and families. Gananoque has lost a wonderful citizen and we are all the poorer for it. Your mother was one of the kindness woman I knew. We often chatted whenever we met ( usually at a grocery store) and she would keep me updated on the family and ask about mine. I'm sorry Mary that we never had a chance to reconnect while your Mom was living at Carveth. I always so enjoyed going to the lodge for a chat and a hug. It was a great privilege to know her. She will be missed.
