My sincere deepest sympathy to the Tackaberry family. Mac and I shared the same birthdate August 23 a date we celebrated together following our introduction at KGH. Mac lived life to the fullest, shared generously through his kind donations and always showed an interest in any individual he met along his interesting path. We have lost a devoted friend, husband, father, grandfather and uncle. Colourful memories of his zest for life and humour shared is a gift to cherish. RIP Mac. Margie

Mac will be greatly missed by the neighbours in Willowbank.
He was one of the first residents of Willowbank. He was instrumental in creating a sense of community by organizing golf tournaments and Canada Day parties. He was very involved in all neighbourhood projects and always generous with his contributions.
Our condolences to the entire family.

We were so sorry to read today that your Dad/Grandpa had passed away. We remember our time with all of you and your grandparents in Florida many years ago. We couldn't have been treated better by all of you. Chad loved the golfing with the guys and April loved the shopping/sight seeing with the girls and Adam. Your Dad was lots of fun. Embrace your memories. Take care and know that we are thinking about you. We are so sorry for your loss. Julie, Chad & April McInnes

Had to say goodbye to a piece of my heart this week...... So many wonderful memories from all the years we lived together, worked together, played together, vacationed together, celebrated together, laughed together, cried together - the good times, the bad times, the happy times, the sad times, the easy times, the difficult times - we've been through it all. If I can do 1/3 of what my Dad did in his lifetime, it will be a miracle! As I was looking through all of our family photos, one song kept popping into my head about his life ....... "I've Been Everywhere". Cheers until we meet again! XOXOXOX

Bob and I met Mac on the Gananoque Golf Coarse. He was a very fun man to be around always joking and laughing. I’am glad he got the chance to travel around the world we really enjoyed talking to him about it. We had a lot in common. He will be sadly missed by many. To the family you are in our thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. May he Rest In Peace. Bob & Leslee

Thank you so much. As I was going through our photo albums, one song kept popping into my mind: "I've Been Everywhere" by Johnny Cash. If I can squeeze in 1/3 of what he has done in my lifetime, it will be a miracle. He sure saw a lot of different places.
