Joe was such a nice man who always had a smile on his face, and we were blessed to have worked with him.
We befriended Joe in Brockville and became very close, we were waiting for Covid to be over so we could go visit, what a guy he was. We will truly miss him and our whole family is heartbroken by this news. Love ya Joe
