I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Matthews passing. She was my teacher in grade 7 and in grade 8 and was one of the best! I have very fond memories of class and of seeing her on Elm Street. Thinking of her family and friends at this difficult time.

Graham,
I am so deeply saddened by the passing of Sylvia. Although I was unable to visit more often I did value and cherish the times that we did visit - tea and cookies and sometimes banana or lemon bread:). I valued immensely our conversations given her present and past experiences that she openly shared - she was a wealth of knowledge and support. Sylvia was someone I loved and respected. I will truly miss being able to look into the window in search of the light on by her chair as I pass by your house. Please know that I care and will always be there for you should you wish to ask for anything at all.
Loving regards,
Cyndi Forrest
