Obituary of Shirley Griffin

Griffin: Shirley Rae(Sr.) In loving memory: Shirley Rae Griffin (Sr.) peacefully passed away, at the age of 82, with several family members at her side, at the John M. Parrott Centre, Napanee, Ontario, on December 20th, 2019. Beloved mother of Carol (Jackson), Brian, Earl, Donald, JoAnne, Murray, Warren, Victoria (Sikkema), Christine and Shirley (Jr) Griffin. She will be sadly missed by all her children, and their significant others, and numerous grandchildren of which Shirley was head of 5 generations. Predeceased by husband Earl Griffin Sr. and brothers Jim Tryon, Hank Tryon, and Leeman Griffin. Survived by sister Ruth Madigan (nee Tryon). Her wishes were to keep services and interment (later date) private. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations (cheque or cash w/notation - In memory of Shirley Griffin) be made to the John M Parrott Centre, 309 Bridge St. W., Napanee, ON K7R 2G4, or, other charitable organization of your choice.
