Entered into rest at the Carveth Care Centre in Gananoque on Wednesday May 22, 2019. Frank Norris aged 90 years, was predeceased by his wife Phyllis and by brothers Jack and his wife Jean, Edward and his wife Alda, sister Mary and her husband Eldon Cameron, Mel Norris and his wife Lorraine, Lucille  and her husband Joseph Lawless. Survived by brother Arthur Norris and his sister Kally McCarney( Hal predeceased) and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He will be missed by his step-daughter Judy Dowsley and her husband Bob. A special thank you to the caring staff at the Carveth Care Centre in Gananoque. Friends will be received at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Wednesday June 5 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
