Now those eyes are sadly gone

Never more their light to shine

The heartless cancer has done its worst

To rob me of a love sublime.

 

She was a very private person

Not one to stand in human view

Her greatest works to be unseen

And known only by a fortunate few.

 

Judy was a woman of many faces

A love of family that never wavered

Her gentle touch slay our inner beast

A love of friends for those so favoured.

 

So much pain for her two Peters

Our wife and mother gone from sight

We look forward the day to be rejoined

And again be bathed in those eyes of light.
