Dear Bev and family, so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. The group of friends since back in the 50's continues to get smaller. Many good memories of our families' gatherings on the river and at the cottage growing up. Alzheimers is a terrible disease and watching Dad and Jim go through it all was tough on everyone... anticipating what was to come seemed worse at times. I am sure Mom and Dad and the rest of the gang up there are having a grand old party with plenty of laughs and dancing once more. So sorry for your loss... it still hurts the ones left behind. Although I know it is best for Jim, I still find his death very saddening, Bev. My heartfelt condolences go out to you in the loss of a loving husband and friend, and to all your family. He will be greatly missed.
