Velma Campbell (nee Saville)

February 28, 1927 – January 06, 2019

Mom passed away peacefully at Carveth Nursing Care Sunday, January 06, 2019.  We were so grateful that Rev. Carl Emke of Grace United Church had a visit an hour before her passing.  We shared Scriptures and Prayer with mom. Velma was married to Thomas Campbell for nearly 61 years until Dad’s passing in 2011. Velma was loved by her son Stephen (Christine) and daughter Sheila (Cecil). Mom was adored by her Grandchildren: Jennifer Lambert, Michael Lambert, Jason Campbell (Kamla). Great Grandmother of Jayna and Tristan Campbell. Predeceased by brother Harold, sisters Miriam, Frances, Betty. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 11, 2019 @1PM in the Chapel at Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden St., Gananoque. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to your Charity of Choice. Our family wishes to extend our deep gratitude to the nurses and staff at Carveth Care for their compassion and care mom received, thank you.
