It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden but peaceful passing of Margaret Hurlbert (nee Clendenning) on Wednesday October 24, 2018 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of 50 years to Joseph Hurlbert. Much loved mother of Tracy McFadden (Les). Cherished grandmother of Timothy. Predeceased by her parents Eric and Stella Clendenning and by her brother David Clendenning. Fondly remembered by childhood friend Sue Huntley and her dear friends Janet Randall and Lynn Jones. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home 63 Garden Street Gananoque on Sunday October 28 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. There will be no service. In lieu of flowers donations made to the Linklater Public School Breakfast Club would be appreciated by the family.
