Passed away at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Wednesday October 17, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Vera Gibson. Much loved father of Walter (Karen), Spencer (Kathleen), Cheryl Burwood, Bonita Burwood - O’jaick (Ron), Lisa Dwyer and Kerri (Robert). Cherished grandfather of 14 grandchildren, 24, great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Newman is predeceased by his parents Walter and Gladys Burwood, by 1 daughter Deborah and by 2 grandsons Darryl and James. Predeceased by 1 brother Ken and by 1 sister Glenys. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held at the Gananoque cemetery on Saturday October 27, 2018 at 11:00 am.
