Oliver was an outstanding guy - he could fix anything and was a great help to us over the years helping repair motors, gas lines, you name it. He was very pleasant to deal with and a good friend. Our summer lunches together were enhanced by his humour and sound views. The last few years he has had a lot of health problems but he never complained while he was undergoing extensive treatment. We are going to miss him in many ways
Doug, Mark, Keith and families-My deepest sympathies on the passing of your Dad. Our families spent so much time together over the years, it is like loosing a favorite uncle.
I am sorry I will not be able to attend the memorial in person as I will be out of the country as of Thursday.
I will always remember your Dad with a warm place in my heart and a smile.

People and possessions can be taken away but the memories are yours forever.

Oliver was a truly great friend and outstanding gentleman. We were blessed to be able to make many wonderful memories with both Oliver and Pearl and they will be missed each day. Bruce and Maxine.
