Obituary of Angela Keyes

Catherine Angela Anne Keyes (née Wilson)

Passed peacefully into the hands of God on June 11, 2017 in her 92nd year. She follows her parents, Stanley and Margaret Mary (née Simpson) Wilson, her brother, John and her beloved husband, Richard. Her memory lives on in her children, John Mark (Nancy), Edward, Patrick (Sheila), Thomas (Josée), Daniel (Valary) and Katherine Rasmussen (Bo), and in her grandchildren, David (Chelsea), Robert, Emily, Martin, Guillaume, Adele, Owen, Maeve and Will, and in her great-grandson, Stephen. A proud graduate of the University of Toronto (4T8 – St Michael’s College), Angela lived her life to the full with unparalleled drive and determination rooted in faith, hope and love, which she radiated constantly to her family, friends and students. A celebration of her life will take place at 11:00 AM on Thursday June 15 at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, 200 Stone St. S., Gananoque. Visitation will be held at Tompkin’s Funeral Home, 63 Garden St., Gananoque on Wednesday June 14 from 2-4PM and 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to Hospice Care Ottawa, Rosalie Hall Young Parent Resource Centre and Canadian Food for Children.
