Peacefully with her family by her side at St. Mary’s of the Lake Hospital on Tuesday April 4, 2017. Valerie Fergus partner of Rick Griffin. Dearest mother of Jeff Miller. Loving sister of Sharon MacMillan (Ron). Predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Shirley Fergus. Also survived by 2 nieces Shona Slade (Geoff) and Angela Cockerham (Sean) Great Aunt to Erin, Noah and Elizabeth. Special cousin to Heather Vandusen (Terry). Valerie was loved by all her surviving cousins. A celebration of Valerie’s life will be held at the Gananoque Legion on Saturday April 29th from 1-3pm. Cremation.
