My deepest sympathy to all of Chris's family. She was a dear and special friend to me and I will miss her terribly. I admired her determination and fight which kept her living the best life she could with the time she had left. I will always remember her great smile, her keen sense of humour and her love of life

My deepest sympathies to all of Christy's family. She was a treasured friend to my sister Nancy, and a sympathetic and supportive writing colleague to me. We took great pleasure in sharing and critiquing each other's work. Her love of her family and tremendous enthusiasm for life were vividly expressed in her stories. I will miss her.

please know that you are all being thought of and in our prayers.i was so fortunate to have time with christy in april as she came to visit nancy and i on her way to tom and luke.we had alot of laughs over past reminicences, a few bottles of wine good food and more memories made. i am very grateful for this time.know that your mom was greatly loved by all of us who knew her.may your memories of her give you all warmth in the sad days ahead....jackie and tom wise
