Obituary of Susan Marshall

On October 8, 2012, at Carveth Care Centre, Susan Marshall passed away peacefully after recently celebrating her 98th birthday. Susan was predeceased by her only son, Carl, and always remembered by her daughter-in-law, Del and granddaughter, Susan. She always held a special place in her heart, from childhood to adulthood, for her niece, Bernadine. Susan maintained a close relationship with the McMaster family for many years after farming with Gerald McMaster west of Gananoque. She will be fondly remembered and missed by the extended McMaster family in Regina, Edmonton and Toronto. Susan had many truly devoted family and friends who will miss her sharp wit and that twinkle in her eye. Susan was fond of saying "You could put a fence around the world and call it your own, and you'd still want what was on the other side." We hope that Sue has all that she wants now that she's gone to the "other side". We love you Sue! A graveside service will take place on Saturday, October14 at Willowbank Cemetery at 11 am.
