One of the most difficult things I have to do, as the Clark(e) Family Historian, is to enter the passing date of a family member. Brother, it hurts to write yours in the family history. The family stories you told will always be remembered. Our Clark(e) family of eight siblings is missing one more loving brother. To lose our beloved Russell is sad, but to know he is no longer in pain is a blessing. My deepest sympathy to Bea, Johnnie & Karen & families. Love Eileen & Family

I have known Russell for many years and I know he will be missed greatly. Much love to his lovely wife Bea, and family. We have come a long way in 55 years that I have known you. A lot of love, heartache, sorrow and more. It is time for rest in those golden years. Russell we all love you and miss you. Thank God you are no longer suffering.

This is the second time I have lost a grandfather while I have been away. Not being there makes it hard, but on the other hand maybe it's better this way: This way I can remember better how they were in life and not how they were close to the end. He will be missed and I will never forget him. My apologies to my family for not being able to be there at this time. Know that my thoughts are with you and with my grandfather.

My dear grandfather, you are finally at peace and free of pain. I am glad of that, even though it hurts to know you are gone and I will never see you again. Please forgive me for not visiting much. I could not bear to see you suffering. I wished to remember you as you were before...That was my grandfather. You were always in my thoughts and my heart. Always will be. I miss you. Cody misses you. Wish your new great grandchild (coming this Sept) could have met you and known you. Cody and I love you and will never forget you.
