PALMER: EDNA Peacefully at the Carveth care Centre on Sunday February 11, 2007 in her 80th year. Edna Phillips, beloved wife of the late Ian Palmer. Loving mother of Bob Palmer (Janet) Gananoque, and Brian Palmer of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Lance (Tesha), and Lani (Matt). Great grandmother of Blair and Merek. Dear sister of Joyce Phondorff. Predeceased by 1 sister Cora Wiley. Cremation. A service of remembrance will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
