Obituary of Edna Burgess

Burgess: Edna Peacefully at the Carveth Care Centre on Wednesday February 7, 2007. Edna Ewart in her 93rd year, beloved wife of the late Joseph Burgess. Much loved mother of Chuck Burgess, and Jane Clark and her husband Don. Cherished grandmother of Andrea Palmer (Jamie), Michael and Peter Burgess, and Matthew and Gregory Coyle. Dear sister of Mae Eaman. Predeceased by 4 brothers Jack, Jim, Charlie and Angus Ewart, and by 1 sister Christine Light. A private family service was held in the chapel of the Tompkins Funeral Home on Friday February 9, 2007. Interment Gananoque Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations made to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
