Sending our Deepest Sympathy to the Family of David Mills. I had the opportunity as a construction site secretary to work with David ( Milsy) on a number of construction sites with E.S. Fox in the mid nineties. It was a pleasure to work with him on several projects in the Kingston area - he was very helpful to us all and very funny. He kept us all in tow as well.
