While it may seem odd to receive this note from a name you do not recognize, please rest assured that Dorothy has held a fond place in my heart. I was Dorthy's Home Support Worker with the Red Cross when she had her knee replacement surgery. The smile with which she regularly greeted me will never be forgotten. Her kindness and courage made my job that much more enjoyable and rewarding. I have thought of her frequently over the years and was saddened to read of her passing. May your memories of her and your lives together ease this trying time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. She never be truly forgotten. Fondly, Janet.
