Obituary of Helen David

David, Helen June: Passed away peacefully surrounded by friends, at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus, on Saturday Sept 1st in her 91st year. Dear daughter of the late Bruce David and Eleanor (Ella) Wilson. June was born in Brighton, ON on June 12, 1922, was raised in Ashton where she attended School and then moved to Ottawa to join the Department of National Defence. In 1980 June retired after 40 years of loyal public service. June will be fondly remembered by her family and friends for her quick wit and sense of humour. Special thanks to the ER and 4B staff at the Ottawa Hospital, Civic Campus for their kindness and support. A funeral service will be held at Tompkins Funeral Home, Gananoque on Saturday September 8th, 2012 at 10am. Interment to follow at the Gananoque Cemetery.
