Jim Boltin served as a member of the Rotary District 7040 Conference Committee. Jim was always smiling. HIs infectious smile and jovial mannerism made it fun to work with Jim. He made fundraising sound easy. He had connections like no one else. Through his efforts we received free gifts for those who attended. His creative ideas helped the committee hold an excellent conference in Kingston. You are an asset to the community.
We will miss you Jim.
Pat Brown,
Rotary District 7040 Conference Chair 2003
