Peacefully at home after a courageous battle on Sunday June 12, 2011 at the age of 63. Daniel Shean, beloved husband of 38 years to Pat Shean (McCloskey). Loving father of Tracie Hudson (Justin) Athens, and Jennifer Van Allen (Drew) Canmore Alta. Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Ella, Shea and Chloe. Dear brother of Patrick Shean, Angela Lyrette, Irene Senavitis and Helen Robinson. Predeceased by 1 brother Leslie and by 1 sister Esther Knox. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family invites you to join them in a graveside service on Saturday June 18th at 12:00 pm, at the Gananoque Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. People are invited back to the Shean family home following the graveside service for a "Celebration of Life."
